Lou-Rich is a sister company to Panels Plus and one of four 100% employee-owned manufacturing companies under the holding company, Innovance. In business since 1972, Lou-Rich is celebrating their 50th anniversary this year. Lou-Rich is a fully integrated contract manufacturer specializing in complex projects. They provide precision machining, metal fabrication, assembly, and sourcing solutions to a variety of industries, including some of North America’s largest OEMs.
Like Panels Plus, Lou-Rich is headquartered in Albert Lea, MN. In addition to being a sister company of Panels Plus, they share some facilities with our team and also manufacture some component parts for our products. Lou-Rich will also be assisting our team with a large project planned in the future.
Lou-Rich has a commitment to innovation and technology, allocating $2-3M on capital investments yearly. They were recently awarded “Manufacturer of the Year” by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal and were listed on The Fabricator’s FAB 40 List.
