The Platinum Series Automated Sheathing Station is the most automated sheathing station that Panels Plus offers and reduces the amount of time an operator needs to be hands-on during the sheathing process.
This sheathing station is driven using MiTek software and completely fastens sheathing to studs, blocking, headers, and sill plates to ensure quality panels every time.
This model can be stand-alone or integrated into a larger system. Various sizes and configurations are available.

Introducing the Platinum Series
Our team is thrilled to announce the launch of the Platinum Series Automated Sheathing Station to the list of Panels Plus product offerings! Our team recognized a lack of options between the semi-automated systems like the ones we provide, and the fully automated multi-million-dollar systems being offered by other companies. The Platinum Series product category is designed to be a “sweet spot” for those that want to implement a more automated system into their facility, but without the multi-million-dollar price tag. The Automated Sheathing Station is the first product launched as part of the Platinum Series.
Increased Automation. Decreased Labor.
The Platinum Series Automated Sheathing Station is the most automated sheathing station that Panels Plus offers and reduces the amount of time the operator needs to be hands-on during the sheathing process. To begin production, the operator pushes the wall panel into the machine, makes sure it is square, and selects the correct wall file through the ShopNet™ software to initiate production. The operator is then free to work elsewhere on the production line until the panel is completed – reducing the labor required during panel production.
Updated Software and User Interface
In addition to more automated processes, the new Platinum Series Sheathing Bridge boasts a new interface that is compatible with MiTek’s ShopNet™ software, one of the most popular design software products in the building component industry. MiTek’s ShopNet™ provides the automated sheathing bridge nailing information for even greater fastener consistency and accuracy. This new interface is adaptive and can accommodate different building codes, reducing the user-error associated with changes in nail spacing from panel to panel.
