The Panels Plus 3-Table Router Line is similar to the 3-Table line and includes a Squaring & Routing Station in place of a Squaring Station. This station incorporates a manual X-Y router bridge for routing out rough openings. This production line consists of a Framing Station, Squaring and Routing Station, Sheathing Station, Subcomponent Tables and Roller Conveyors.
Subcomponent Tables are placed at the beginning of the 3-Table Router Line. These tables are used to build rough openings. They have pop-up rollers, a squaring edge, and a telescoping side that manually rolls in and out to set the component height. Subcomponent Tables can be adjusted to match the height of your station or system, making it easy to transition subcomponents from the component tables to your desired location.
The Framing Station is the first machine in the 3-Table Router Line and holds the plates, subcomponents, and studs squarely in place for fastening. Panels Plus offers two different Framing Stations, the Framing Station with Locators or Wide Plate Framing Station.
The Framing Stations can be ordered with or without indexing tool carriages. The carriages semi-automatically fasten the top and bottom plates to the studs with the press of a single button.
The Squaring and Routing Station is the second machine in the 3-Table Router Line and holds the wall panel square while sheathing is tacked in place and rough openings are routed out. The Squaring and Routing Station incorporates the Squaring Station with a manual X-Y router bridge. The router is available in 120v or 230v 3ph.
Roller Conveyors are placed between stations to transport subcomponents from one station to another, and to act as a buffer zone while other wall panels are being constructed. They are also commonly placed at the end of a system line to hold wall panels while they await stacking.
The Sheathing Station is the last machine in the 3-Table Router Line and is designed to fasten sheathing to wall panels. Available in a single beam or dual beam sheathing bridge, the tool bridge smoothly traverses the wall panel, shooting nails at a preset spacing. The Sheathing Station has a Touchscreen Operating System with 9 presets to easily change fastener spacing.
The Sheathing Station can be ordered with or without top and bottom plate stitchers. The stitchers offer flexibility in fastener spacing both in the field, on seams, and while stitching the top and bottom plates.
