The Panels Plus Tilt Table allows operators to easily access both sides of the wall panel. It offers an ergonomic design that pneumatically tilts the panel for easy access to either side of the wall panel. The Tilt Table is compatible with both wood and light-gauge steel wall panels.
This model can be stand-alone or integrated into a full production line.

Pneumatic Tilt Table
With single person operation, the Tilt Table pneumatically lifts the wall panel from lying flat to a 75-degree angle.
The Panels Plus Tilt Table provides the ability to easily access all sides of the wall panel, including the backside. This allows the operator to inspect the wall panel or to install horizontal blocking.
How it Works
The Tilt Table has various features including horizontal rollers, pneumatic lift cylinders, and a movable control pedestal. The Tilt Table pneumatically lifts the wall panel from lying flat to a 75-degree angle.
Once the panel is rolled into the tilt table, it is clamped tightly in place using the controls on the movable control pedestal. Once clamped, the panel will stay secured when tilted.
Once the panel is tilted, the operator has easy access to work on the backside of the wall. This allows the operator to inspect the wall panel or to install horizontal blocking.
