At Panels Plus, we’re proud to have a team of dedicated and hardworking individuals who make our company thrive. Today, we’re shining a spotlight on Luisa (Weezie) Fuentes. Luisa has been with our company for almost two years. Her journey with Panels Plus began when she was hired for Shipping/Receiving and Assembly. Over time, she has proved herself to be a reliable and hardworking employee, leading to her promotion to Leadperson.
Luisa is passionate about her job, and it shows. “Luisa brings dedication and a positive attitude to the Panels Plus team. She is a go-getter up to beat any challenge. Luisa is a team player, and I couldn’t ask for a better employee,” stated Dustin Viktora, Panels Plus Production Supervisor/Install Manager.
When asked what working for an employee-owned company means to her, Luisa responded, “This is the first employee-owned company I’ve worked at. So far, there have been better benefits and more opportunity for long-term goals.” When asked about what she enjoys most about her job, she shared, “I enjoy the environment and the variety of things I do and learn.”
Outside of work, Luisa enjoys fishing, boating, and spending time with family.
